I have received three offers for a double garage (approximately 6m x 6m x 2.8m (20ft x 20ft x 9ft) in Baden Württemberg):
- Ott Garage: around €20,000 (after consulting with the advisor → about 5% discount + 3% early payment discount)
- Zapf Garage: around €20,000 (the advisor suggested €19,500, but I am allowed to name a different price and he will discuss it with the sales manager)
- IBK: around €17,500 (the advisor spoke about approximately 3% discount at that time without detailed knowledge)
I am aware that the final prices are not directly comparable (due to concrete quality, transportation, length, height, etc.)
What has been your experience negotiating with prefabricated garage suppliers?

I decided on IBK:
- Ott: the field representative missed appointments with me three times. Here, I received a verbal 5% discount plus a 3% cash discount.
- Zapf: also a 3% discount. My proposal for 10% was rejected. I think you can negotiate approximately 5%.
- IBK: here, I received around a 9% discount.
- Kemmler: verbally about 6%.
