So, what precautions have you taken at your houses/construction sites for today and the coming days?

Work stoppage?
Or will the work continue as usual?

Although we have already finished building our house, we moved everything that is not anchored into the garage.
Hopefully, the bricks will stay in place with the clamps.

Strangely, the neighbors put up the entire scaffolding just last night because the workers will be roofing the house next week.. oops:
Not sure if that was a good idea.

Earlier, I put in four 25kg (55 lb) buckets of plaster.

So far, only our portable toilet is still standing; the other eight in the new development area have all been blown over.

Now they're all going to poop on you.

Our portable toilet has shifted slightly. Fortunately, the glass panes are still intact. The temporary windows have not suffered any major damage either. However, we are not out of the woods yet. Currently, it is windy with considerable precipitation.

Now they’re all coming to mess up your place.

I’ll finally get the water connected during the week. Anyone can go on that thing afterwards, but first, they have to remove the plaster buckets.

I had covered my window sills with a protective foil and weighed it down with stones (to prevent moisture). The sills won’t be installed for a few months; I moved everything inside yesterday......

Is something coming again this evening?

When will it be over?

Yesterday late in the afternoon, I went flying my kite. Great weather.
