Hello
We are building a two-story house with a gable roof and a 26.5° (26.5°) roof pitch. The garden is on the south side, with stunning views to the north. There is a clinic room on the ground floor with a washbasin. Internal dimensions are 8.10 x 11.00 meters (27 ft x 36 ft). The staircase runs upward from west to east. The house should be comfortable for a family with two children and guests. What do you think about the staircase location? Storage space will be in the garage and the adjacent technical room. We don’t have a lot of clutter.

I really don’t understand this.
What is the playroom supposed to be?
Why are there three bathrooms upstairs? That doesn’t really make sense.
Where is the staircase, where does it start?
Where is the TV supposed to go? 3.25m (10.7 feet) is very, very tight for a couch corner.
Having three different window heights in the kitchen/living area looks odd.
What is the function of the other rooms on the ground floor?
What is the narrow room without a door next to the WC?
What kind of clinic is supposed to be on the ground floor?
What is the room between the two bedrooms upstairs?
To me, it looks like rooms were just placed on a certain floor area without much thought about whether it actually makes sense. I would start completely from scratch or leave the whole thing to an architect.

Good morning,
I don’t understand the concept either.
Why do two of the rooms have direct access to the bathroom, but the third one is only reachable by crossing the hallway?
The word “convenient” was mentioned, but I assume you’re not referring to that narrow zigzag path through the living room?
Upstairs there is a large hallway, which becomes a series of narrow corridors due to the centrally located staircase.
From “clinic” I gather that the ground floor includes public areas like a hallway, restroom, and waiting room.
Is that well thought out? I would separate the professionally used area from the living space.
I don’t think you’ll get a useful result without professional help.
