We are considering plastering the bathroom. Unfortunately, we are quite uncertain about this since we have no experience with it and don’t know anyone in our circle who does.
So, this question is directed to those who have had plaster in wet areas (bathtub/shower and washbasin) for many years (at least 7–10 years).
How satisfied are you with it? What type of plaster do you have? Do you notice lime stains on it or does the layer peel off?
Would you do it again?
Do you know how much it costs to have it redone, or is it possible to do occasional touch-ups yourself?
Maybe there is a painter or tiler here with experience in this.
