for health reasons, I need to build a bungalow for myself and my family. It will be built on a 520 sqm (5600 sq ft) plot, and the bungalow should be 120–130 sqm (1300–1400 sq ft) in size. Unfortunately, according to the zoning regulations, we are only allowed to build a pitched roof with a 45-degree slope.
Now I would like some tips or suggestions regarding
heating – gas or electric?
double or triple glazing?
which KfW standard to aim for?
etc., and so on.
I appreciate any advice.
