Hi,
you can first try descaling; there are products available at hardware stores that you put in the toilet cistern overnight to dissolve the limescale. Unfortunately, with concealed cisterns, it is not so easy to remove the parts and clean the limescale manually. If that doesn’t work, you will need to call a plumber.

Hi,
I am currently facing the same problem and was hoping someone here might suggest something I haven't already tried. Today, I plan to take apart the flush mechanism and see what can be done. If I don’t flood my place, I’ll report back to let you know whether it worked or not. Talk soon!
