So, we want to build a house for about 500,000 euros.
That’s the total amount we can raise with the loan.

3 floors with 5 apartments
2 rooms per apartment
High-quality finish
No elevator
Gable roof
5 parking spaces
No garages
We plan to build without a basement

The plot is 1,077 m² (11,580 sq ft) and costs about 96,930 euros.

We haven’t dealt with the tax aspects yet.
Do you have any advice on where to find reliable information about that?

Find an architect who can clear the cobwebs from your mind. Or even better... just skip it if the planning doesn’t become more concrete.

For tax-related matters, I recommend a tax advisor.
