The problem is not so much gaining access, but that a photo from a bit further away is missing, which would help to locate where exactly this spot is supposed to be.

That’s right: first an overview, then the details. Ideally with a scale or a reference.

It looks like the object has been rotated a bit here? Are these floor tiles or wall tiles?

By the way, mold can be identified quite easily by its spores, which appear more like speckles.

Is that the shower tray from underneath?
If so, they are usually coated in black, so it’s not mold. However, there should be no gap.

So, probably no mold?

Do you think the gap is problematic?
I think it’s there because the floor in the house has settled a bit.
