Hello!

We are planning a kind of second bathroom next to the garage (a simple shower with a sink). This room has no window but includes a secondary entrance door.

Question: Is it enough to just open the door after showering (the shower won’t be used often), or should we at least install a dehumidifier to help, or have a mechanical ventilation system with exhaust to the outside?

Has anyone installed a secondary entrance door with an integrated opening window?

Thank you very much!

We have planned a third shower bathroom in the basement.
The separate room created in the basement is equipped with an electric fan controlled by the light switch and is ventilated through a duct in the concrete wall (next to the secondary entrance door).
(Completion will take some more time—possibly next spring)
