It could also be improper ventilation due to continuously tilted windows. The lintel / header box cools down, causing moist indoor air to condense exactly there.Continuous tilt ventilation only at night in the bedroom; the other windows from the pictures were always ventilated by fully opening them for about 10 minutes each time.G

Ventilating four times a day sounds like there might already be a relatively high moisture level.
Maybe it’s just because there is still moisture from the construction.
That would indicate potential weak points.
But it could also mean that once everything is fully dried, it might no longer be an issue.

We have been living in the house since mid-December. In the rooms where the stains appeared on the cupboard, the temperature is 20°C (68°F), and the humidity is around 50 to 60%. When it reaches 60%, we ventilate, which reduces the humidity to about 40%.
Our construction manager also mentioned that once everything inside the cupboard was fine, the remaining moisture in the building and the cold outside temperatures could be causing this.
By the way, the house was built solidly with sand-lime brick, mineral wool insulation, and brick cladding. The rooms have plaster walls with a simple paint finish.

Somehow, I can’t edit my post through taptalk.
In the living room / dining area / kitchen, the temperature is currently 25°C (77°F) with 42% humidity. We plan to buy some plants in the next few days. I’ve also adjusted the heating a bit; I think the changes will be noticeable tomorrow or the day after.
