Hello! According to the current plans, the hallway will be 1.60 m (5 feet 3 inches) wide. Is that too wide? Right now, it is 1.10 m (3 feet 7 inches) wide, and that is really very narrow. The entrance area is planned to be 3 m (9 feet 10 inches) wide (there will be a staircase there later), and then the hallway leading to the rooms such as the bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room will be 1.60 m (5 feet 3 inches) wide...

What are your concerns? If there is enough space and nothing is missing anywhere, why not?

In total, about 20 sq m (215 sq ft) are allocated to the hallway... with a total area of 128 sq m (1,378 sq ft), this ratio seems quite high. :-/

A picture says more than a thousand words – especially regarding the 3 m (10 ft) where a staircase is planned later...

It depends! Without a complete floor plan and knowing the requirements (and preferences) of the homeowners, it's impossible to answer.
