Multi-service Conduit Introduction – What Does That Mean? Water, Electricity, and Telephone?

After spending hours searching online, I now have a rough idea of what this actually is.
The products from companies D**** and H**** were recommended to me.
Since I couldn’t find much using the forum’s search function, I’m now looking for someone here who can explain to me, as a layperson, which option to choose and what it involves.
Flat or round, how many pipes, arrangement, what accessories...
The company representative was difficult to understand due to their accent,
and, of course, their own product is always the best.

About the house:
Single-family house, no basement.
Electricity, water, and telephone lines will be installed. No gas. The two pipes for geothermal heating will probably be laid separately.

Thank you all!

3 m (10 feet) generally seems a bit short to me, since the protective conduit should theoretically reach all the way to the public street. You can always cut it shorter, but splicing it is not so easy. 😉

That's exactly what I think as well, it's just 150€ more, so you try to save wherever you can 🙂

How deep did you install it? I thought around 20-30cm (8-12 inches) below the future wastewater collector pipe?

The wastewater line is already quite deep here, at about 1.50 m (5 feet). The multi-utility line is at around 1.20 m (4 feet), although only the water line is sensitive.

The wastewater outlet in our home is 1.5 meters (4 ft 11 in) deep. Therefore, the utility room can only be a maximum of 1.20 meters (3 ft 11 in) deep. That’s my problem. Above that, there is only 1 meter (3 ft 3 in), which is a bit tight, so it almost leaves just the 1.50 meters (4 ft 11 in) option. What do you think?

Whether 1 meter (3 feet) is sufficient needs to be checked, but generally, that depth should be below the frost line in most parts of Germany.

How did you do it? Placed underneath or on top, and with what spacing? Or did you install the rain/stormwater pipes first or the house connections?
