After spending hours searching online, I now have a rough idea of what this actually is.
The products from companies D**** and H**** were recommended to me.
Since I couldn’t find much using the forum’s search function, I’m now looking for someone here who can explain to me, as a layperson, which option to choose and what it involves.
Flat or round, how many pipes, arrangement, what accessories...
The company representative was difficult to understand due to their accent,
and, of course, their own product is always the best.
About the house:
Single-family house, no basement.
Electricity, water, and telephone lines will be installed. No gas. The two pipes for geothermal heating will probably be laid separately.
Thank you all!

Who is responsible for the foundation slab? Ideally, they should at least partially handle the house entry (planning and creating the opening). We had a basement, so the basement builder left an opening, and the local water supplier provided and installed the utility entry.
With a foundation slab, I’m not exactly sure how this is usually done.

Huh? If one of the two does it, they should deliver it as well. I wouldn’t do anything halfway, because they need to know the product specifications. After all, this is not an oven you just choose yourself; it’s about sealing and functionality, both of which must be ensured for your case.
At our site, EnBW handed over the multi-utility and flexible conduits ready for installation to the structural builder. The builder installed the multi-utility conduit during the pouring of the foundation slab and had the blue pipes protruding about 2 meters (6.5 feet) from the house. When it came to the house connections, the contracted company opened the trench from the property’s connection point to the blue pipes, and the utility providers installed their connections. The trench was then filled in and the work was completed.
