Multi-service Conduit Introduction – What Does That Mean? Water, Electricity, and Telephone?
After spending hours searching online, I now have a rough idea of what this actually is.
The products from companies D**** and H**** were recommended to me.
Since I couldn’t find much using the forum’s search function, I’m now looking for someone here who can explain to me, as a layperson, which option to choose and what it involves.
Flat or round, how many pipes, arrangement, what accessories...
The company representative was difficult to understand due to their accent,
and, of course, their own product is always the best.
About the house:
Single-family house, no basement.
Electricity, water, and telephone lines will be installed. No gas. The two pipes for geothermal heating will probably be laid separately.
Thank you all!

My local water supplier informed me that I need a multi-utility house entry system to accommodate their water pipe installation.
After that, I researched online and ended up diving deeper into the topic.
So, the main question is first whether a slab foundation is used or not. Then, how many service connections are needed. There are also various manufacturers to consider.
For your slab foundation, with four conduit pipes installed as a precaution, I found the following all-in-one package:
Multi-utility homeowner package for buildings without basements (terraced arrangement)
Since I preferred to purchase the system myself, I reached out to a portal that sells these multi-utility house entries among other products. link removed by moderation; Bauexperte helped me here.
I was lucky because they seem to be connected with the energy provider. They were even able to directly arrange contact for installing the entry with the electrical connection.

I paid 860 EUR for the complete package.
But be aware, to save on shipping costs, I picked it up from a warehouse in Ponholz and had to fold down the seats in my station wagon because the box is quite large. I estimate it weighs around 50kg (110 lbs). This way, I was able to get it to my construction site very quickly.

By the way, I found the pressure-tight multi-utility house entry for basement walls on the website for 185 EUR. My price was really high compared to that. Unfortunately, I don’t have a basement.
They told me that it makes sense if the local water supplier wants to carry out their work independently due to warranty reasons by drilling the core themselves. In that case, it is suitable for electricity and three small cables such as telephone, cable TV, and for example, outdoor lighting.
