Multi-service Conduit Introduction – What Does That Mean? Water, Electricity, and Telephone?
After spending hours searching online, I now have a rough idea of what this actually is.
The products from companies D**** and H**** were recommended to me.
Since I couldn’t find much using the forum’s search function, I’m now looking for someone here who can explain to me, as a layperson, which option to choose and what it involves.
Flat or round, how many pipes, arrangement, what accessories...
The company representative was difficult to understand due to their accent,
and, of course, their own product is always the best.
About the house:
Single-family house, no basement.
Electricity, water, and telephone lines will be installed. No gas. The two pipes for geothermal heating will probably be laid separately.
Thank you all!

Try searching for Hauff-Technik. The company based in Hermaringen offers good advice (also by phone) on this topic and can also provide you with nationwide distributors where you can obtain the multi-system that suits you.
Best regards,
Dirk

Hello!
I’d like to bring this topic up again. Due to overnight changes in the utility company’s requirements, we now have to install a multi-utility house entry system. Alright. Unfortunately, the provider offers no guidance on what is suitable without charging an arm and a leg.
Our shell builder just shrugs and says they can install anything (for $400), but we have to buy the unit ourselves. Our construction manager recommended one, but it seems quite expensive.
My research so far:
Doyma: Apparently good quality, but a steep price. I won’t get below €800 (about $880).
Hauff: I haven’t found prices and the product range is a bit confusing; I will call their hotline tomorrow.
Energiematerial.Bayern (supplier): I don’t know which multi-utility entry system they use (I’ve asked—they seem to use Doyma), but they offer a modular multi-utility house entry system for €700 (about $770). I haven’t figured out why it’s about €400 (around $440) cheaper yet.
Oh, by the way: bungalow without a basement, connections for water, electricity, and telecommunications.
Thanks in advance.

Baumhaus.Bau12 Jan 2017 12:53Hello Evolith,
We have an installation by Doyma (Quadro-Secura).
I believe we paid between 500-600 € for it.
If you want more details, I can check again. The quality is excellent, and the instructions are clear. The installation went smoothly, and the technicians who ran the connections through were satisfied as well...
However, we had to arrange a core drilling in the basement beforehand (that was, I think, an additional 150 €)...

andreashm27 Jul 2018 13:55I’ll join this topic: In the area where our new house is being built, fiber optic FTTH will be installed by the end of 2020 at the latest. Of course, I want to take this into account during construction. So, we will need water, electricity, and fiber optic supply. Gas will not be connected to the house.
Assuming that we will initially need a copper connection from the telecom provider as a temporary solution – will the fiber optic cable be brought into the house through a separate, fourth conduit, or will it be combined with the telecom copper cable in one conduit?
