Multi-service Conduit Introduction – What Does That Mean? Water, Electricity, and Telephone?

After spending hours searching online, I now have a rough idea of what this actually is.
The products from companies D**** and H**** were recommended to me.
Since I couldn’t find much using the forum’s search function, I’m now looking for someone here who can explain to me, as a layperson, which option to choose and what it involves.
Flat or round, how many pipes, arrangement, what accessories...
The company representative was difficult to understand due to their accent,
and, of course, their own product is always the best.

About the house:
Single-family house, no basement.
Electricity, water, and telephone lines will be installed. No gas. The two pipes for geothermal heating will probably be laid separately.

Thank you all!

Hello, I would like to show you a multi-utility entry point. Unfortunately, I can’t upload an image because of the topic title. In any case, you can buy a multi-utility entry point from a building materials supplier or the local utility company.

Yep, that’s how it should work.

Then I don’t understand the problem now, you don’t need to search yourself, right?

I do need to buy that thing. Everything else will be taken care of. I just want to know exactly what I’m buying.

Thanks to all of you!

I would need to research the specific product. Attached are a few photos showing what it could look like. Water and electricity are connected.

Baugrube im Fundamentbereich mit blauen flexiblen Rohren auf Baustelle

Rohbau-Boden mit Rohranschluss und Installationsplatte, sichtbare Wasserleitungen

I would say Hauff MSH. They also have solutions for district heating, if I’m not mistaken. Ours is also from Hauff.
