Multi-service Conduit Introduction – What Does That Mean? Water, Electricity, and Telephone?
After spending hours searching online, I now have a rough idea of what this actually is.
The products from companies D**** and H**** were recommended to me.
Since I couldn’t find much using the forum’s search function, I’m now looking for someone here who can explain to me, as a layperson, which option to choose and what it involves.
Flat or round, how many pipes, arrangement, what accessories...
The company representative was difficult to understand due to their accent,
and, of course, their own product is always the best.
About the house:
Single-family house, no basement.
Electricity, water, and telephone lines will be installed. No gas. The two pipes for geothermal heating will probably be laid separately.
Thank you all!

From the bottom up, in our case first the wastewater pipes in a sand bed, then some backfill soil on top, followed by the protective conduits for the multi-utility lines. The reverse order is probably possible as well, but in that case, the soil above the protective conduits should be compacted before the sand bedding for the sewer pipe is installed.

You really treated your slurry well! The concrete contractor covered the difference to the "standard" mix since he didn’t have anything else available at the time and thought, given the ground conditions, it would be fine (actually no extra charge compared to the original quote 😉). But it’s a local concrete supplier who is probably doing quite well currently and doesn’t need to offer bargain prices.By the way, we noticed the advantages in the last few days when our mini excavator accidentally scratched a pipe—barely any visible damage at all...
