we bought a 1.50 x 2.36 m (5 ft x 7 ft 9 in) Pax wardrobe for our daughter, which is supposed to have Hasvik sliding doors. So far, there haven’t been any problems, but the brackets that are apparently used to adjust the doors horizontally are causing issues. It is not possible to fully close the doors because of these brackets – there is always a gap of about 3 cm (1.2 inches), which is the width of the bracket. For reference, these brackets can be seen on page 19 of the assembly instructions.
Can someone tell me what the mistake might be? I already contacted the customer service team, but they were also unsure.

IKEA-Experte20 Dec 2011 19:13The 11148x hangers have a "nipple" that fits into the brackets. This doesn’t seem to work, so I suspect that the hangers on the doors have been swapped. The nipples must always face outward.
