ᐅ Ikea Ivar system as a wardrobe?

Hello, I am currently planning to reduce the number of furniture pieces in my bedroom by selling my existing wardrobes and equipping my home office, which I use very little, with an Ivar system. I want to use this unit to install a clothes rail inside.

Does anyone have experience with this idea? The total height is only 83 cm (33 inches), which is quite tight for hanging clothes.

I have no experience, but try measuring the depth of your current cabinets to see if a maximum of 49 cm (19 inches) is enough to hang items inside the cabinet.
