ᐅ Ikea IVAR – Looking for item numbers and assembly instructions

unfortunately, some older assembly instructions have been lost with ikeafans.com.

Starting from the 2005 catalog, article numbers are printed in the catalogs.

I have plenty of catalogs, but so far I have found them not very helpful—though maybe now will be different. Some are also available online. For example, the 2009 USA catalog was really poor regarding Ivar. This wasn’t because Ikea USA didn’t offer anything, but simply because nothing was included in the catalog.

Yes, ikeafans.com, Ikea hacker.de, ... there are definitely some disappointing chapters.

Thanks. I know. That’s actually how I first learned about it. However, in my research, the information was very limited. And I don’t think there was anything there that other sites didn’t also have.

The catalogs are unfortunately becoming less helpful again. The German 2009 catalog includes IVAR completely, along with the buying guide. For the future, one has to hope that as much as possible is saved on archive.org. Unfortunately, I noticed that, for example, for a link to a buying guide from around 2012, a current version was saved instead.
