Hello everyone

We have a great HÄLLVIKEN washbasin and originally bought the Atlant siphon with it. Everything worked perfectly until my partner accidentally cut the drain hose too short yesterday. So, we needed a new siphon. However, ATLANT is no longer available and has been replaced by Lillviken. The problem now is that the upper drain, or overflow protection, doesn’t fit. The siphon only has a single elongated outlet, but the upper drain is round. Also, until now, we could connect both the washing machine and the dishwasher—unfortunately, that’s no longer possible with the new siphon. Is there a trick to still connect both appliances?

Thank you very much for your help

Hello, the round overflow is part of the sink and must be reused. With ATLANT, there was only a square connector included.
The missing second appliance connection is unfortunate. You will have to make something using a hose and a Y-connector.
