Since I am a complete beginner in IT, I would appreciate your help.
We are currently building a semi-detached house. Because of the underfloor heating, I have planned a CAT7 connection on every floor.
Now I am wondering how I can later provide Wi-Fi and telephone service throughout the house.
The service lines come into the basement (from the utility provider).
How can I distribute the telephone and Wi-Fi signals in the house using a FritzBox? I was thinking of installing a wireless access point at each CAT7 outlet on every floor where needed. But how does the LAN reach those points? Is it enough to connect the FritzBox in the basement to the network cables that end at the CAT7 outlets (and then set up the access points)?
Also, I need to know how to connect a telephone (which will be located on the ground floor) to the FritzBox, which is in the basement. Maybe wireless telephony?
Sorry for my lack of experience, and thank you very much for your help!

Is it enough to connect the FritzBox in the basement to the network outlets that end at the CAT7 sockets (and then set up the access points)? Yes, that’s basically how it works:
FritzBox (basement)-----network cable-----network outlet (basement)-----CAT7 in-wall cable-----network outlet (1st floor)-----network cable-----access point
So you run a network cable from the FritzBox to the network outlet in the basement. That outlet is connected via your CAT7 in-wall cable to the outlet on the other floor, and from there another network cable goes to your access point. You can do the same with the telephone cable and then set up the phone base station on your floor. If you’re lucky, the telephone signal (DECT) from the FritzBox in the basement may still be strong enough so you don’t need to do anything, but I wouldn’t rely on that.
