ᐅ High Moisture Levels in a Precast Concrete Garage – Is This Normal?

Last year, we built a house and had a precast concrete garage installed next to it (April 2021).
For the past 2-3 months, the garage has been noticeably damp (this started before the cold weather began). It has been getting worse. Several items we stored in the garage, including cushions for the garden furniture, have developed mold, and tools and metal items are already showing light rust. We have even stopped parking our daily car inside to avoid adding more moisture from the vehicle. The garage is ventilated daily; otherwise, the dampness would likely be even worse.
I’m attaching some photos. The garage manufacturer says this is "normal." Of course, I understand that condensation can occur during this season, but not to this extent.
Also, water is visibly running down only on the right side of the garage – exactly where the garage door opening is usually located. For our double garage, the walls on these sides have been plastered again. Just to clarify: our double garage is actually two single garages placed one in front of the other, not side by side.
Perhaps some experts here can provide insights. But it can’t be normal that we cannot park our cars or store anything there without it getting moldy or rusty.

Sporttasche5 Jan 2022 14:36Do you mean from above or from the side? The garage is plastered on the side – but I haven’t looked at it closely yet. From above, I would need to check if I can see anything. It’s not just one corner, but the entire right side.
I also find the crack in the ceiling strange, and it looks rusty as well, at least somewhat brownish.
