ᐅ Front doors, windows, interior doors – exhibitions, manufacturers??

Hello everyone,

We would like to start looking into doors, doorbell systems, and similar items. Does anyone know of a large, well-equipped showroom for doors and windows in the Ruhr area or nearby? By now, I know where to find bathrooms, tiles, flooring, and fireplaces, but I don’t have any recommendations yet when it comes to doors.

Are there specific manufacturers that are particularly recommended? What should we pay attention to?
The opening between the hallway and the living room is about 2m (6.5 feet) wide. So far, we have been thinking about a double door... but is that really practical?

Regarding the topic of front doors, there is currently a great offer from a manufacturer, I believe based in Karlsruhe. At least at the specialist store where we buy everything, this promotion is from the manufacturer and should be available throughout Germany.
