ᐅ Foundation, base floor slab + screed (subfloor) in the conservatory

1. How thick should the foundation slab of a conservatory be?
What about using MISAPOR insulation under the foundation slab?
2. Is it possible to lay tiles in the conservatory directly on the foundation slab, or is a screed (subfloor) absolutely necessary? If so, which type would be recommended?

I would never install tiles directly on the foundation. As far as I know, you risk your tiles developing cracks sooner or later.

I believe good insulation is an absolute must for a conservatory, since the whole point is to be able to sit comfortably there even in winter without cold feet from below. 😉
