Hello everyone,
on my house, the exterior window sill overhang was installed with different lengths: some are 10cm (4 inches), 5cm (2 inches), or 4cm (1.5 inches).
The window sills are made of aluminum.
The site manager says this is normal. Only the interior window sill can be aligned evenly.

What do you think about this?
Thanks for your answers.

I could understand a difference of 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inches), but 5 or 10 cm (2-4 inches) is clearly poor workmanship. What could be wrong here? Were the windows installed incorrectly?

Can it be seen with the naked eye?

Nothing. That sounds like nonsense.

Measure the interior window sills to see if they are all the same size, or if the client wanted some wider ones for flower pots.

Is the wall structure the same everywhere, and is the window installed flush at the same level throughout? If the answer to both questions is yes, then that’s completely unreasonable! I see more likely a tolerance in the millimeter range (for aluminum window sills matching the system).
