ᐅ Electrical cables on unfinished subflooring beneath the bathroom

Hello everyone,

our electrical installation (cables and wiring) will be laid on the bare subfloor on both the ground floor and the upper floor.
The technical room is located on the ground floor in the corner, and above it is the bathroom. We are building a timber frame house.

Can I run the cables and wiring up the exterior wall and from there lay them on the bare subfloor of the bathroom into the other rooms on the upper floor?
