Hello dear craftsmen and craftswomen,

Two years ago, I covered the interior walls of my house, which was still unrenovated at the time, with drywall. Of course, I dried the walls and applied a primer beforehand.
Now it seems that moisture has gotten back into the walls, and mold is starting to form on the back side of the drywall.

Are there any methods or solutions that could save me from having to renovate everything all over again?

If you cover damp walls with dry drywall without addressing the cause of the moisture, are you surprised that everything starts to mold again?

Without a professional who can inspect the situation on site, you will probably have to redo it again and again. Nobody can predict what is happening with your walls from afar 🙂
