Hello again,
a craftsman just installed a new door to our meeting room. New to me: a door with a drop-down bottom seal. Is it worth it for a residential home in terms of drafts and soundproofing?
Around 30€ (about $32) more per door?

I ordered this for the doors to the technical room and the "parent wing" in our house. Both areas have independent ventilation systems, meaning they have equal amounts of supply and exhaust air, so no transfer air vents are needed.

Do you have supply and exhaust air in the same room?

No, the master suite consists of a bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom, with fresh air supply in the bedroom and exhaust air in the bathroom. The door to the hallway is located in the dressing room.

The utility room also has an attached workshop with fresh air supply, and the utility room itself has exhaust air.
