ᐅ Electrically operated door opening/closing

Hello,

I am looking for a way to control a door (not a main entrance door) electrically.
It is important that the door can be opened and closed remotely (and that it stays open), without being physically present.
Either via an app or, for example, using a Shelly device, by switching the power on and off.

Otherwise, the door should function normally, either manually or automatically with a pulse (when opened by hand).

I just can’t seem to come up with any ideas. There are electric/automatic door openers, but I haven’t found a way to control them remotely.

Does anyone have an idea that I might have overlooked?

Best regards

I just want to be able to open and close a door for ventilation, without having to visit twice a day, for example.
I don’t quite understand the purpose.
Either the apartment is rented out, in which case it’s not your concern.
Or it’s empty, in which case you just leave the door open. You can only ventilate through windows anyway, and those are closed.
Maybe you should explain your situation in more detail. There seems to be more going on than you’re saying right now.

Aside from that, I see the following issues:
- Single use case, so it will probably be expensive
- What happens if the system malfunctions? Then you have to go there in person
- Who will actually ventilate the property by opening windows?
- A DIY solution is likely to be fragile. It can easily get damaged quickly with normal tenant use
