We have 400m³ (about 530 cubic yards) of top-quality sand, free of impurities – laboratory class Z0. The removal and disposal cost was 15,000€. If it’s not Z0, or if there are stones included, costs will quickly rise.
Excavation was included in the construction. But labor and machinery alone are surely around 2,000€ without any staking or marking.
Does that include the slab foundation?
Each utility connection costs about 1,500€: gas, electricity, water, sewage, internet. Total around 7,500€.
The first 20,000€ is gone. Is the subbase for the slab included? Does the soil need to be replaced?

zaubermaus8413 Jun 2019 10:02The soil is very clayey, with no stones. There are no contaminants. A soil analysis is included in the offer.
