Hello everyone,
to keep it short: What do you think about having a bathtub (with whirlpool function) in the bedroom?
Since we are renovating and have to work around the load-bearing walls, the bathroom can’t be large enough to comfortably fit a shower, bathtub, toilet, and double vanity. Because the adjacent master bedroom is very spacious, I have been considering placing the bathtub there.
The advantage is more space in the bathroom. Some questions I have are: Do I still need the rest of the bathroom if I take baths? How will it look visually? Will the humidity cause any problems?
Looking forward to your opinions!

Please, no discussion about whether a bathtub should always be freely accessible and usable for children. We have decided to place the tub in the parents’ area. Whether that is in the bathroom or the bedroom doesn’t make much difference.

You can do whatever you want.
But you asked.
I definitely don’t find the bathroom too small. On the contrary: this way it is nicely spacious and well laid out.

So next time you feel like throwing strange personal insinuations at me—especially regarding my parenthood—in an argument, maybe go grab a coffee before hitting the reply button.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I will take quotes as they are. You may do the same with me.

Can you move the bedroom door?
Unfortunately not. The beam was not positioned correctly, so a row of bricks had to be placed underneath. As a result, the door opening shifted upwards on the plan.

Nice damp and clammy beds after such a bathing spree... yay...
We have already experienced hotels where the bathroom is integrated into the bedroom but separated by glass walls, something I could still imagine if you like that.

For a qualified suggestion, it would be helpful to know more than just the two rooms "bathroom" and "bedroom"—often, "Plan C" is the way to the light.

We also planned a freestanding bathtub in the bedroom,
which is as nice as it is a silly reason for it:

because there was no space for it in the bathroom

Is the 'parents' wing' around 65m² (700 sq ft)?
My goodness.
Almost 18m² (195 sq ft) for a bathroom is too small for a bathtub.
Oh dear.
