Backfilling is already underway here again. Excavation was just done last week. The progress is really fast.

That's exactly what I wrote. It is the job of the bituminous thick coating, which was used to glue the panels, to remain watertight.

Well, you said that some water was getting in anyway – that’s what I was referring to.

I meant between the panels, not behind them. I don’t understand why foam would be added there.

Foam was also used in some areas of our house, but only partially, in certain spots. The building inspector checked it and approved it. So, I think that’s acceptable.

What type of insulation do you have? EPS, XPS?
