An interior partition wall located against the exterior wall of the house is covered on the inside with plasterboard panels (the green ones). These are mounted on metal studs approximately 6 cm (2.4 inches) away from the wall. Between the walls there is glass wool insulation.
Question: Do I need to install ventilation slots here? Basically, the wall is dry.

If the wall is dry, ventilation slots are not necessary. They are strongly recommended only if the wall shows moisture, to help it dry more effectively.

Hey,

I would install ventilation slots, as they can’t do any harm. If moisture occurs even once, the effort to dry it out will be much less. Moisture is unpredictable, and if it gets damp, mold can also develop there.

Just like SandraHolster, I would also incorporate such slots here. You never know, and moisture can always occur.

I would also install ventilation slots here. I added them later on myself, and I believe it was worth it. My neighbor suddenly had a damp wall, and it took quite some time for everything to dry out again. Better to prevent the problem than to deal with the damage later.

At this point, I am somewhat conflicted. Why do I need to ventilate this stud wall? Everything here is dry, and there are no pipes running through it. I think this is unnecessary work.
