I had searched for T.... and M.... experiences on g.oo... and then found the second result, a blog with both a female and a male name...
However, as mentioned at the beginning, the decisive factor for us was that they tried to push a floor plan on us no matter what and didn’t really listen to what we wanted. Ah yes, that’s the blog where things get quite intense. Apparently, there are some legal proceedings involved if what’s written there is true. That blog unsettled me at the time as well.
When I spoke with T&M, I asked them directly about it and was satisfied with their response back then. They didn’t try to dodge the question or anything like that. It seems there are different opinions and entrenched positions, but I don’t really know the details and it’s none of my business. However, my question about the blog wasn’t dismissed.
Regarding the floor plan, I can’t help much as it didn’t apply to us. We didn’t have a custom plan but wanted one of their catalog homes, so I can’t comment on how flexible they really are.

We didn’t want a completely custom floor plan, but also didn’t want to stick rigidly to a catalog design.
I’m glad to hear you had good experiences and are overall satisfied!
We decided against TM. It simply didn’t work between us.

I have no idea ops:They are practically neighbors with TM… well, almost at least. There has to be the same thing between the two letters as in TM, and you can also find it with the abbreviation via g.oo...
