I would like to ask for your opinion and expertise.
We ordered a fence that looks quite different in the catalog compared to the actual product delivered. It is made of pressure-treated wood. According to the supplier, the fence’s color will change over time towards the desired shade. They say that the dark color right after treatment is a sign of quality.
However, the current color does not meet our expectations at all.
Attached are some photos. Does anyone know if the fence will realistically look like the one in the catalog (and shown at another supplier as well) anytime soon?
We are unsure whether we should exchange the fence.
If an exchange is necessary, I would be interested to know if you are aware of wood types that do not typically have such color variations.

Yes, we are also leaning towards making a complaint. However, we are unsure whether we should reorder the fence... due to the concern that a similar color product will arrive again (especially since we have already waited a very long time for the product).

If you google Froslev system fence, you will find the manufacturer and also the catalog. The system fence palisade profile is available in KDI green, KDI brown, Siberian larch, and color-primed! This is from the manufacturer’s Froeslev site with Danish country identification.
