Our plan was to convert the storage room into a guest toilet. We would like to move the shower in the existing guest toilet into the bathroom so that we can turn that space into a storage room. I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions.
Grundriss einer Wohnung: Flur, Abstellraum, Bad, Dusche/WC, Wohnen/Essen, Terrasse.

This has already been discussed. The remaining apartments would also need to be adjusted. Unfortunately, you are the small piece of the pie...

That has nothing to do with the other apartments.
What makes you say that? Are we talking about a penthouse???

I don’t understand the idea—what is it supposed to achieve? Supposedly 80cm (31 inches) more space in the storage room? Fewer background noises in the living room? I do think it could work since all the shafts are within "installation range," but you’re not gaining anything except extra cost and effort.

I always like to remodel when it brings benefits, but here I don’t see any real advantage except for a slightly larger storage room. Am I giving up important living space (in this case the bathroom) just to gain a basement room?
I would rather be glad to have this comfort as it is.
Renting additional basement space?
A small, dry garden shed?

Yes, especially since there is already a storage room. If there was nothing at all, then it would be different. But as it stands?! I would rather reduce the size of the bathroom with the bathtub a bit...
