ᐅ Wrong Bathtub Installed – Who Is Responsible Now?

I was shocked when I was at the house yesterday. There stood the expensive freestanding bathtub... but without the integrated water supply! That can’t be installed later on.

At the time of the selection process, I explicitly specified (in writing via email) that we needed the tub with this feature.

So how is the water supposed to get into the tub now???

The tub has already been installed… What am I supposed to do now?

Is it documented in writing that you wanted the other bathtub? If so, you’re in the clear; then it’s basically not your problem.
If not, it will be a case of one statement against the other, and then the only solution is to put a bucket in the bathroom.
