Building on a south-facing slope and are you from Osnabrück?

By any chance, "Im Haferkamp"?

A sloped site like this would be ideal for placing the entrance next to the garage in the basement. There is enough space for spacious wardrobe cabinets, and if the fitness room is later converted into a teenager’s bedroom, it is located right at the entrance. You have to deal with the height difference anyway. On the ground floor, you then gain more space and also greater flexibility in positioning the staircase.

Carefully “reading” saves having to ask questions.
You’ll be neighbors, right?
I knew I had seen the development plan before.

I was scrolling through the pictures on my phone, but the image showing the streets didn't appear for me. Now that I’m on my computer, I realize the question was unnecessary.

And no, we will not be neighbors. Our construction site is in a different area… It’s located 4 km (2.5 miles) away but still part of the same town.

Ok... but in a nationwide forum, that’s almost like a family reunion.
You can keep an eye on each other’s contractors.

Our site is quite similar. I’m not convinced by the entrance layout. Why do you prefer an external staircase and a very long path around the house instead of simply having the main entrance in the basement next to the garage? Could you explain your reasoning? Or is it just one of those “the main entrance should always be on the living level” ideas?

I would also give the teenager their own space in the basement, with a decent size, rather than a broom closet with huge sloping ceilings under the roof.

More measurements would of course be important for a proper assessment.
