Hello everyone,
I heard from an acquaintance that with Schwörerhaus, there is always a visible "seam" between two floors. Can anyone confirm this? If so, what is the reason for it?

The seam serves the purpose of allowing the truck carrying your wall panels to pass under bridges. You only notice this seam if the final coat of render is applied at the factory rather than on site. When brick cladding is used, this multi-part nature is not noticeable. I’m not sure about the reasoning behind Schwörerhaus applying the complete render at the factory—maybe it’s some kind of trademark like the Ado-Goldkante.

Me again
I spoke with Schwörerhaus once more and was told that, upon request, the house can be plastered again (smooth finish) after delivery.
Are there any disadvantages compared to Weberhaus, which apparently does all the plastering entirely on site?
The question I forgot to ask is whether they only apply a base coat or plaster the entire house? Otherwise, wouldn’t there be different layer thicknesses?

I can’t imagine that because the upper floor extends about 1-2cm (0.4-0.8 inches) beyond on each side. At the corners, yes, but not on the entire floor. Unless they are making some fundamental changes.

Ah, okay! Well, then I really can’t imagine that either...
Hmm. I’ll give them another call.

Thank you for the picture.
They would need to apply a lot of plaster to even it out...
