Hello everyone,
I heard from an acquaintance that with Schwörerhaus, there is always a visible "seam" between two floors. Can anyone confirm this? If so, what is the reason for it?

since the upper floor extends about 1-2cm (0.4-0.8 inches) on each side

Is there a groove designed accordingly?

Do you mean as a drip edge? I would have to check, but visually I don’t see anything.

No, I meant a connection between the ground floor and upper floor wall panels’ frames, which is grooved with an appropriate offset.

So, I just had a nice conversation.
The walls can also be delivered without plaster and then plastered on-site, so that no offsets will be visible.
