Hello everyone,
I heard from an acquaintance that with Schwörerhaus, there is always a visible "seam" between two floors. Can anyone confirm this? If so, what is the reason for it?

Take a look at Weberhaus since you are from Baden-Württemberg, where approximately?

Have you had any experience with Weberhaus?
What do they do better compared to Schwörerhaus?
District of Böblingen

Weberhaus was our second favorite and we also had discussions with them, but Schwörerhaus offered a better price. They didn’t have an installment plan, just 5% payment when the basement is completed and the rest after the final inspection. So, they essentially went ahead with the work in advance, and my sister has already built with Schwörerhaus without any problems.

Weberhaus has its main factory near Rastatt, where you can visit the plant; there is also a small leisure park included, and so on.

In terms of appearance and quality, they are among the top three.
That’s all I can say.

As a car comparison, I would say the 7 Series and A8 target roughly the same clientele.

"(Slightly) different" would be the more appropriate term in my opinion. Mind you, at the same level of quality.

How am I supposed to understand the car comparison? I can't afford either of them.
So am I in the wrong place with Weberhaus?

What is meant by "fat level"?

Does Weberhaus also have that strange joint at the transition between floors?

What he means is that both are expensive and top quality!

Never heard of a Fettpresse? Around here, it means a wallet. Or what do you mean, 11ant?

No, Weberhaus doesn’t have this seam.

Alternatively, if you live in Böblingen, you could visit Gussek Haus just past Ludwigsburg.
