Hello everyone,
I heard from an acquaintance that with Schwörerhaus, there is always a visible "seam" between two floors. Can anyone confirm this? If so, what is the reason for it?

No Lb in Benningen.
There is a large planning office there.
I know two Gussek Haus homes in Bauhaus style from acquaintances—visually very attractive. However, I don’t know the prices or if anything went wrong.
We only had initial talks and received one floor plan. Schwörerhaus was simply faster and more convincing.

Well, for my part, even 5-series and A6 are fine – but if I had said 3-series and A4, we would no longer be on the same level as Schwörerhaus / Weberhaus. Fat content levels apply to quark, milk & Co. – I meant that both manufacturers operate in the same league (in terms of quality and target audience).

Now I need to ask a specific question again.
This joint is therefore always present due to the manufacturing process.
According to @tomtom79, different transitions can probably be chosen, but if I want a "clean" facade (i.e., without facing bricks), Schwörerhaus does not implement this in a way that the joint is no longer visible, because according to Schwörerhaus this joint serves a specific function?

I assume the alternative would be factory-prepared walls that are then completely plastered again on-site at the finished house with mesh reinforcement (for a high price).
