Hello ducboyz,
we have already built with Bonum, and apart from a few minor issues, everything went quite well. However, it’s important to be aware that Bonum only prepares the contracts with all the trades, including fixed price sums, but you sign individual contracts with each company for every trade. This has both advantages and disadvantages.
If you have any questions, feel free to send me a private message.

Hello,
Unfortunately, we have no information about the company. We have already inspected the Bohnum show home. As you know in life, what is shown has to look good. But how does it actually look in reality? What should you pay attention to and what should you avoid? Would you build with Bohnum again? Please share your experiences.
Regards, Articon

Basically, I would like to share the following completely neutral and objective information:
With Bonum, you do not build with a developer (BT) or a general contractor (GC), where you purchase "a portion of a house with land" (BT) or "a portion of a house on your own land" (GC). Instead, Bonum acts more or less only as a planner and coordinator.
It’s similar to building with an architect.
Bonum handles the planning, provides the construction manager, etc., and arranges the tradespeople for the offered houses at a fixed price.
However, you sign the contracts with the tradespeople yourself. This means you do not have a single point of contact (GC or BT), but rather Bonum or the individual tradespeople.
This is by no means a bad thing and you will probably see a cost advantage because of it.
Personally, I chose a GC instead of an architect because I wanted "everything from a single source." This is not the case with Bonum.
Maybe it feels like it when everything runs smoothly. But which construction project goes without any issues??
