Not a soil survey. Concrete. We have the basement as a “white tank” (watertight basement). If something like this is done, be sure to also complete the concrete testing.

Do you mean that when pouring the basement, a sample is taken for a lab to analyze and list the exact components?

A concrete assessment is just as common as a stone assessment for the walls. If you really want to have one, it must be explicitly included and paid for as an additional service.
