ᐅ Which smart home radiator thermostats are recommended?

Hello,

I need to find smart heating thermostats for my boss.

Since many employees do not ventilate properly (they have the heating fully on while windows are open),

which smart thermostats would you recommend for office use?
Do we also need window sensors for each window?

The devices should be as future-proof as possible and require minimal effort to install and maintain.

Ideally, it should also be possible to create heating schedules, for example, heating only on weekdays to the desired temperature, and on weekends and public holidays only to ECO mode.
It would be optimal if vacation days can also be set, for company holidays, where the system would also stay in ECO mode.

The heating system is a gas condensing boiler with standard radiators.

Almost all of them can do that. I know the ones from HomeMatic. They cost about 50€ per window. No idea if the effort is worth it or not.

Which thermostats are the best? And future-proof?
