Fritzlein19 Dec 2017 16:38Hello!
If you had to move into one of these two houses as a family of four, which one would you choose? I would appreciate it if you could briefly explain your choice.
I’ll save you the reading time and therefore won’t fill out the long list of questions.
The floor area ratio is the same in both cases (160 m² (1,722 sq ft)). The roof is a hipped roof with a 22° pitch. The kitchen upstairs has a 3 m (10 ft) long kitchen island. The kitchen downstairs has two kitchen units instead. In the living room downstairs, there would be the option to install an aquarium or put up a large shelf.
Thanks to everyone who votes! =)

Sorry... but what is this supposed to mean?
And if you are doing surveys like this, you should also allow the option "none of the above."

Because your two sentences introducing the floor plan are very sparse. We know nothing about the reasons, for example, for the garage, the site plan, or many other things that are asked about in the linked post.
If you want input, you should also provide input.

Fritzlein19 Dec 2017 22:23Not everyone can live in a villa. 😉 I expected a comment like that. It’s not very creative. Please work on that a bit more. <3 If the designs are really that bad, go ahead and be honest. That’s why I’m here. I lack experience, and I admit that openly and honestly. I’m still considering whether to include a basement, so I don’t want to bother you with too many details yet. I just want to check if I’m on the right track.
Sorry, if you want help, you need to follow the rules set by those offering assistance. Also, I’m not willing to write long texts without knowing the essential facts. That’s exactly why this questionnaire was created. Without the information requested there, everything is just a random collection of guesses... and quite boring.

Fritzlein19 Dec 2017 22:58You are probably right. I'll fill out the questionnaire. It can't hurt. =)
