Hello,

I’m just starting with the house planning and wondering where to get bricks or offers for bricks.
Can you order them online like most other things, or do you have to buy them locally because they are so large and heavy?
I’m interested in bricks like the Leipfinger-Bader 42.5 - UNIPOR W08 - Plan (247 x 425 x 249 millimeters (9.7 x 16.7 x 9.8 inches)).

Best regards,
Peter

These are plan bricks, which are not laid with mortar but glued together...

Then choose a tile adhesive specialist, not a bricklayer.

Dear michert,
thank you for being so concerned about my shell construction. Perhaps you could start a separate thread about that. In this thread, I would like to focus on the price of the bricks.
Thank you.

Some manufacturers offer clearance items from non-standard production runs, such as Laumans.

So if anyone is still looking for bricks, you can find manufacturers of clay bricks on wlw.de and sort them by location.
