Hello,

There is a conduit leading to the property for the telecom provider, and it is also mentioned that conduits are looped within the properties. What exactly does this mean? What needs to be done, and is this the responsibility of the telecom company?

Thank you!

Where is that specified?

Sometimes there are house service connections ("ApL") in a basement, to which neighboring houses are connected. In such cases, it obviously makes sense not to route the service lines back to the street from each house separately.

In the "Site Development Plan" legend for the electrical supply.

Telekom installed a cable loop at a corner of our property. Could this be what is meant?

What I described is the following: House B is accessed from the street, houses A and C are accessed via House B; the same applies to E, D, and F, and so on. This cable loop is "followed" by the conduits. Alternatively, House A can be accessed directly from the street, then B from A, and C from B.
