Hello!
Parts of the garden/patio area were paved in September last year. The paving stones are standard permeable concrete blocks.
Without consulting us, the landscaping contractor used stone dust to fill the joints. Unfortunately, this stone dust also settled on the surface, and I can’t remove it. The anthracite-colored stone now looks light gray. I hoped that weathering might help, but unfortunately, that’s not the case!
Does anyone have any suggestions?

The landscaping contractor should provide the solution. I wouldn’t tackle it myself unless it’s something that can simply be wiped or swept away.

The vacuum cleaner doesn’t work; everything is crusted or hard.
The Kärcher cleans out the joints thoroughly,
but you will need to re-grout afterwards.

Notice of defects to the landscaping contractor.

A complaint about defects, etc., is understandable, but I would still have appreciated a tip or recommendation, whether it be a product (acid-based cleaner) or a cleaning method...

When it comes to HDR, one should definitely avoid working on concrete pavers...

Hello,
I have the same problem with our paving. The haze caused by the stone dust.
Have you found a solution for this?
Best regards
Micha
